On the marketing site (callporch.co)
Essential. A session identifier so the page renders consistently, and a small key that remembers whether you've dismissed the consent banner.
Product analytics. First-party analytics that count pageviews and time-on-page so we can tell which pages actually help. We do not load third-party advertising trackers.
In the app (app.callporch.co)
Session. An authentication token so your sign-in persists between visits. Removing it signs you out.
Preferences. Sidebar collapse state, review-queue filters, and the workspace you last opened.
Diagnostics. A short error log used to investigate failures. It contains no caller PII or transcript content.
What we don't do
- No third-party advertising cookies.
- No cross-site behavioural profiles.
- No selling of analytics data.
Controlling cookies
You can clear cookies and local storage at any time from your browser. The "Manage" button on the consent banner lets you opt out of product analytics on the marketing site; essential cookies remain so the site keeps working.
